Here at Lovely Seamstress, we only offer you the best of the best! However, we understand that not every purchase will work & returns are sometimes needed. That is why we offer you the best return policy which lasts for up to 30 days!
Under our 30-DAY RETURN POLICY, you can return your product within 30 days after you received the item and we’ll gladly offer you a refund or replacement.
For returns, please make sure that your item is unused and intact, the exact same condition when you received it, including tags. If these conditions are not met and the product shipped to us is of unacceptable condition, we will reserve our right not to refund or exchange the product. In order to process your return, please submit your proof of purchase or receipt.
We highly discourage you to directly send back your item to the manufacturer as you will have to bear all costs of returns to our merchants in collaboration, with a proper tracking number for the parcel. Our company will not be held responsible on any parcel missing en-route to us if no tracking number is available.
Products not eligible for returns are the following:
purchased through retailers
incorrect items purchased
items in good condition
items delivered incorrectly
items damaged through customer mishandling

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
If your item got damaged while still in transit, we advise you to send us an email with proof (attached pictures/videos) to email@example.com. Sending the proof of damage in a form of video/ picture is required so we can assess the damage on the product and so we can come up with available options for you.
Please expect an email from us stating the condition of your returned item including the status of your refund once we receive and inspect your item.
Once your refund request has been approved and processed, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. Please note that the processing time will differ depending on your payment merchant. However, in most cases it only takes a couple of days.
Our 30 Days Refund Policy extends to cover the purchases done via this method.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
In case your refund has not been made still after a week, we advise you please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company as processing your refund may take a few more processing days.
If you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can check the situation for you.
In case you change your mind after checking out, we can easily give you a refund unconditionally if you cancel your purchase within 24 hours. Cancellation past this allotted time will no longer so you will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it to us.
Items placed under sale are not applicable for refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
